Prime Label says it has implemented IBM Envizi to calculate its carbon footprint and manage emissions under the GHG Protocol across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. Esgtrends.pl said the deployment at Prime Label’s Polish companies took four months.
The deployment began with Prime Label’s Polish companies, where IBM business partner SOLET completed the work in four months, esgtrends.pl reported on October 28, 2026. Esgtrends.pl said the software was subsequently deployed at Prime Label’s other European companies. Prime Label comprises nine companies in Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Estonia, with annual revenue exceeding €100 million, according to the outlet.
Esgtrends.pl said those companies had previously used their own methods to collect data. Joanna Wiśniewska, Prime Label’s Group Quality and Sustainability Manager, told esgtrends.pl that preparing data for auditors or customers had previously taken several months. Esgtrends.pl said Envizi consolidates ESG data and assigns each value a source and history for audits and reporting. It said FMCG customers increasingly expect suppliers to provide reliable emissions and carbon-footprint information.
Prime Label says it is developing a group-wide decarbonisation plan and aims to cut Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity by 20% per square metre of raw materials used in production by 2029.
