MaxSolar GmbH announced a corporate power purchase agreement with SAP SE to supply renewable electricity from two German solar parks.
MaxSolar said the agreement covers its 25 MWp Memmendorf solar park in Saxony and its approximately 11.5 MWp Pahlen solar park in Schleswig-Holstein. MaxSolar said Memmendorf has fed power into the grid since April 2026, while Pahlen was commissioned in August 2026. MaxSolar said both parks are now supplying renewable electricity under the ten-year agreement.
MaxSolar said the contract provides for physical electricity delivery under a pay-as-nominated model, with guarantees of origin for the electricity delivered. The agreement covers electricity from two MaxSolar solar parks.
